Wholesale Gift Products Policy:
Wholesale pricing is only available to business;
Minimum
order and reorder for
these Wholesale products $100.00.
You can buy from any product line to make up the $100.00 if you wish or just
one product line except
for products that have * marked on them.
The minimum order for those products has to be $100. Shipping is by
U.P.S ground.
Reorders $100.00 .
Payment to be made via Credit Card, Visa, American
Express, MasterCard,
or Discover.
We accept Company checks, made out to: Mary Jo
Attwood. It will
take longer as they have to clear first.
We accept Money Orders made out to Mary Jo Attwood.
48-72 hours lead time (increases during holidays) "Rush Orders" are processed immediately with $20 or 10% Rush Fee (whichever is greater)
Shipping provided via UPS or FedEx (or pick up
from Silverton office
(with advance notice) At this time all orders will be prepaid, no CODs
