As from Monday the 9th of November, 2009, there is a minimum of three per item on clothes and shoes

We will be closed Wednesday the 17th of March until Monday April the 5th for some major construction and restock.
If the construction and restock are completed sooner, the reopen date will change. We are sorry for any inconvenience.

Shipping on your order includes delivery confirmation number. Buyer pays all shipping costs. Insurance is optional, but recommended. Buyer will be responsible for loss or damage if you opt not to insure your order. We will send you a message when the item(s) are being shipped. Once the USPS has your package, we am not responsible. PLEASE DO NOT CALL US FOR SHIPPING TIME. WE HAVE NO CONTROL AFTER IT IS RECEIVED BY THE USPS.

We ship out orders out one to five days. More often than not, same or next day by Priority mail. This will normally reach you in 3 - 5 days. We only charge you actual postage. We use shipping via UPS for large packages $850 or above 15 pounds, if requested. This takes 7 days to reach you. If you want us to always use Priority mail, no matter the size. Let us know in the comments box when you place a order. FedEx is a option if you have a account with them. At the moment we do not have a account with them to offer this service with FedEx. ( Or you can pick up from Silverton office (with advance notice) We put insurance on packages that you will be charged. If you do not want insurance on your parcel let us know in the comments box with you order.

We except phone in orders. There is a charge of $12.00 for phone in orders. At busy times of the year the charge is $25.00. Large orders $1000.00 or over $50.00. At busy times of the year the charge is $100.00

International order have to be $200.00 or over.
